Applies to purchases of $2,000 or more on a CareCredit card account. Fixed minimum monthly payment equal to 2.8802% for 48 months of the promotional purchase amount will be required each month until the promotional purchase is paid in full, in addition to any other required minimum payment. Finance charges will be applied to promo balance at the fixed daily period rate of .04630% (ANNUAL PERCENTAGE RATE 16.90%) until the promo balance is paid in full. If minimum monthly payments on your account are not paid when due or account balance exceeds credoit limit, all special promo terms may be terminated.

Optional dept canellation charges on promo purchase are not deferred and are not subject to to the promo trems. Standard card agreement terms apply to non-promo purchases and existing accounts. As of February 1, 2007 variable APR of 28.99% applies if minimum payment not made by payment due date, payment not honored or credit line exceeded. Minimum finace charge is $1.50.
